Chef Jeffrey Nimer of Haute Chefs Los Angeles has been tempting taste buds for over a decade. As the founder of Haute Chefs, he brings his passion to social events, entertainment sets, and even home with private cooking classes. Here, Jeffrey Nimer offers some insight into how the company works.
Interviews & News: What is Haute Chefs?
Jeffrey Nimer: We are a full service catering company offering services to movie sets, social events, and political functions. We also provide business consulting for new or struggling restaurants.
Interviews & News: We understand that you are also available for private cooking lessons?
Jeffrey Nimer: Yes, we offer classes that are performed in your home, office, or where you need us.
Interviews & News: That sounds expensive.
Jeffrey Nimer: We offer a number of plans so we can work with your budget and taste preferences.
Interviews & News: Do you offer only dinner service?
Jeffrey Nimer: No, in fact, we can cater to any meal, any time of day or night. We have a team of culinary experts who can create the perfect breakfast, lunch, dinner or even theme parties and meals with dietary restrictions.
Interviews & News: For each meal, can you give us an example of what you would serve?
Jeffrey Nimer: Breakfast would begin with coffee and teas. We use Starbucks and Tazo products. Then fresh fruits found at local farmers markets followed by a hot main course of eggs, smoky bacon, and hash browns. That’s just one option – we also less traditional items and pastries.
Interviews & News: And for lunch?
Jeffrey Nimer: One of our most popular menus is our deli buffet. We start with freshly prepared meats and items like tuna or egg salads. Our cheese and breads are the best I’ve ever had.
Interviews & News: What else is provided with this package?
Jeffrey Nimer: A full menu of sides, salads, olives, and deserts.
Interviews & News: What would a typical dinner layout be?
Jeffrey Nimer: We might start with an appetizer; then on to a salad or Stacked Mozzarella and Tomato. We also provide a palate cleanser of Lemon-Basil, Mango Peach, or other sorbets before the main course.
Interviews & News: What are some of your favorites?
Jeffrey Nimer: Of course, I’m partial to all of them but tenderloin with potato puree, grilled mushrooms, and red wine sauce is a nice hearty meal that still leaves room for dessert.
Interviews & News: We also understand that you custom design wedding cakes and provided butlered hors d’ oeuvres?
Jeffrey Nimer: We do those things and so much more. I invite all of you Los Angeles area readers to visit our website and give us call. We have exceptional offerings for all seasons and will work tirelessly from consultation to conclusion of you event.
